Bob MacMillan
Bob started his career in 1971 when he joined a commercial real estate company. By the end of his first year he was their top salesperson, and his work has only grown from there. In the 1980s he switched his focus to residential and rural sales, giving him a strong understanding of all three areas of real estate. He’s been with Re/Max since 1991.
Bob has been married for 40 years, raising four children with his wife Heather in the Sherwood Park area, so he knows firsthand your desire to build a safe place for your family to grow up. He cares about this area; in fact, he’s invested in it, buying a buffalo ranch about 30 miles east of Edmonton. This experience has given him a unique outlook on the joys and hardships of owning rural property.
Bob is honest, ethical, hard working and down-to-earth. Combine that with years of experience and a sharp sense of humour, you’ll get a realtor who puts the client first in every transaction.

Jay MacMillan
Jay has been around real estate his entire life, so it was no surprise when he decided to study business and marketing at NAIT. After finishing school in 1994, Jay took a job as an oilfield sales manager. However, he wasn’t just a company salesperson: he was their entire sales department. He traveled extensively throughout North and South America, helping to open offices in Canada, the U.S., Venezuela and Colombia. These experiences taught him how to talk to people, close a sale, and turn onetime clients into longtime referrals.
Jay joined Re/Max in 2001, and he now lives in Sherwood Park with his wife, son and daughter. He believes in honesty, integrity, and going out of his way to help his clients. His sales experience and friendly nature make him an exceptional realtor.

Kelly MacMillan
Kelly watched her family grow and prosper in real estate for years, giving her a unique outlook on the business. She started at the University of Alberta in 2000, working towards her Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in marketing. While she was going to school, Kelly also worked part-time in computer sales and as an office assistant for the MacMillans at Re/Max. She left university with her degree in 2004, at which point she started working in sales for a chain of art galleries at the Fairmont hotels.
After living in Banff, Jasper and Whistler, Kelly moved back to Sherwood Park in 2005 and began her career with Re/Max. Kelly knows the importance of loving your community and being involved: she plays competitive rugby, soccer, and runs marathons. She is straightforward, rational and personable. Her past work experience and education make her an integral part of the MacMillan team.

Scott MacMillan
Scott was the first to join the MacMillan real estate team with Bob in 2001. He’d graduated from NAIT with a marketing diploma in 1998, and after that, spent some time working in the oil patch and hospitality industries. As a result, when he started his career in real estate, he had a variety of skills in many different fields, as well as a large clientele base. Scott was instrumental in helping the MacMillans use a computer to sell and market properties, and with his oilfield background, he was very knowledgeable on construction.
Scott is raising his son and two daughters in Sherwood Park now with his wife. He is committed to teamwork, customer service, and getting the job done. Over the years, he’s built his reputation on personalized service for each client, and continued loyalty even after the job is done.

Holly MacMillan Kowalchuk
Holly did not gravitate towards real estate right away. After earning an education degree from Facultie St. Jean, Holly taught French immersion in Calgary for nine years. It wasn’t until 2007 that she decided to get her real estate license and make the move back to Strathcona County where she grew up. She has been an important addition to the MacMillan team: not only is she fluent in a second language, but years of working in the education industry have helped hone her organizational and interpersonal skills.
Holly is happy to be back home in Sherwood Park, where she lives with her husband, son and daughter. Her compassionate and kind nature, as well as a genuine interest in helping her clients, have made her an instant success.
